The school shall admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activites generally accorded or made avalible to students at the school and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial policies, and athletic and other school administered programs.
